Hey everyone and welcome to The-Impulse-Club, the only fanclub here on DA for Bart Allen, A.K.A. Impulse! please read the rules before joining. thank ya much!

Rules

1.) You MUST be a fan of Impulse (duh) if you're not, dont waste your time here

2.) No pics with mature content. if you want people to see them, leave a comment with a link

3.) To join/submit stuff, send a note, not a comment at the bottom of the page, since those might not get looked at for a while

4.) if you join, devWatch the club so you are aware of updates, contests, etc. also, add the club somewhere in you journal. type :icon the-impulse-club: (without spaces)
it should look like this

5.) try and submit as much as possible. if you cant no worries =]

6.) Please no ing anything in our gallery.Give the ARTIST credit for THEIR work.

7.) follow the rules

*note* if you devWatch the club without sending a note, i'll add you to the members list, ok? (but i'd really prefer if you send a note)
